I am warm and friendly towards everyone. My words are positive and encouraging. I will win every heart with humility and good behavior.

As an expression of my gratitude
I will do more and more work every day.

With faith, love and compassion I am turning my marriage into a blessing.

My mindfulness is increasing day by day.

The power to control my moods is within me. My moods will always be under my control.

My inner strength will express itself through planned action.

By letting someone else make me angry I am giving him control over me. Only I will be in control of myself.

An overly suspicious nature is an indication of mental imbalance. I will refrain from excessive suspicion.

We nourish our soul by sharing food with the hungry. I will do something for the hungry today.

I will consciously refrain from criticizing anyone when I am speaking.

Silence is golden. Whenever possible I will enrich my life with its golden touch.

I will learn and remember people's names. My ability to remember people's names will help me win their hearts.

I will never make a joke at someone else's expense. I will treat everyone with dignity and respect.

I know every moment is precious, so I promise to spend each moment for the greater good.

In any crisis or emergency, I will generate the Quanta sound silently or aloud (say the Quanta sound in your mind ...) or do the Quanta sign (do the Quanta sign with your hands). As soon as I make the Quanta sound or sign I will connect to the universal consciousness. I will be able to use my mental and physical abilities fully for the benefit of myself and others. I shall make the best decision in light of the situation.

Reading books may help me become a scholar, but to be enlightened I need introspection. I will engage in deep introspection each day.

Knowledge makes us human and ignorance turns us into either a monster or a slave. I am ready to suffer any hardship to acquire true knowledge.

I am proactive. I will accomplish everything in a timely and planned way following the guidance of my wisdom.

I am enjoying meditation. Every day my meditative level is becoming deeper and deeper.

I am courteous to all guests, irrespective of their rank or status.

All chronic diseases are the manifestation of a life devoid of compassion and spirituality. Positive attitude creates harmony between mind and body and heals diseases. I will nurture a positive attitude.

I am with the truth. So I am not alone. The Lord is with me.

I will ask for permission before I enter someone's room and walk in with polite confidence.

Arrogance brings downfall. I will always be humble and modest.

Whatever the cause of my suffering, I will never inflict pain on others.

I am feeling sleepy. I will sleep for five minutes.
Then I will begin my work with zest and enthusiasm.
I am falling asleep now.
I will wake up automatically after five minutes.
I will finish the rest of the day's work with
zest and enthusiasm.

I will always speak logically. The logic in my statements will convince others quickly.

Through regular meditation I will gradually become a spiritual being having a human experience. This is the way of the enlightened.

I was born to do something great. I will do something great.

The things I do when I know I am not being watched reflect my true personality. At every such occasion I will watch myself.

Unnecessary phone conversations waste time and money. I will use the phone only when necessary. I will keep my phone off when I sleep at night.

Every human being is unique. I judge everyone by their unique characteristics.

I know my purpose in life. This knowledge is helping me develop in the right way.

I will find out where my talent lies. I will use my talent boldly and intelligently to reach the pinnacle of success.

I was born to be successful. Gratitude and good deeds will bring me more and more success each day.

In matters of obedience and accountability I will follow the official hierarchy.

When I am at the playing field I will be at the peak of my mental and physical capacity. Victory will be mine.

I love my country. I am developing my talent and skills so I can be an asset for my country.

I know that no matter what my condition is, there is someone who is worse off. I will always be thankful.

I am loyal to my work. My work is my first love.

I will not talk to or spend time with only those I know well. I will get acquainted and interact with others as well.

When I am taking a shower or a bath, I will keep the temperature of the water cooler than my body temperature. This will strengthen my immune system.

Faith in action creates success. Faith and initiative can surmount all barriers. I will take initiative with faith.

Necessity and craving are not the same. Craving is the desire to have more even after the need has been met. I will fulfill my needs but be free of craving.

When we are happy our mental energy flows with the spontaneity of a spring. I will always be happy.

I will always appreciate people's good qualities. I will encourage them in good work.

With love and attention one's work can turn into one's source of joy. My work will be the joy of my life.

I do not need to wander here and there to find the truth. The truth lies within me.

A dream is not what we see when we are asleep, but that which doesn't let us sleep. My dream will give me the inspiration to work night and day.

Of all the liars in the world sometimes the worst are one's own fears. Yes, I can say I am free from all fear.

এসেছিল সে
যেন আলোআঁধারির ঘন কুয়াশা মাঝে
গোধুলি বেলায় খোলা জানালায় ছিলেম যবে আনমনে।
ঘুমজাগ্রতির কোন এক পলে কোন এক ক্ষণে
হাত ধরে বলেছিল ভালবাসি
না না মুখে নয় মনে মনে।

তব লজ্জা জরানো হৃদয়ে
দিয়েছিনু তারে মোর সকল সুধা লুটায়ে
যেন দুটি আত্মা , পবিত্র এক বন্ধনে
মিলেমিশে একাকার , হয়েছিলো সেই সে লগনে।
স্বপ্নের ভেতর স্বপনের মাঝে এসেই আবার মিলাল কোন স্বপ্নের দেশে।
চোখ মেলে দেখি জানালা পাশে একা আমি শুধু বসে।

তবু থাকি অপেক্ষাতে
দেখা যদি মেলে কোন এক শুভ লগনেতে।
মনের আঙ্গিনা পেরিয়ে স্বপ্নের দ্বার মেলে
আসে কভু যদি সে মোর দুয়ারে।
বাধিব তারে হৃদয় ডোরে দেবনা হারাতে আর।
মিনতি করিব চরণ ধরিয়া গ্রহণ কর আমায়।

দেখা যদি মেলে তব কেমনে বরিব তারে
সেই ভাবিয়া দিন চলে যায় মরম ব্যথার ডোরে
স্বপ্ন যে এত মধুর হয় জানি নাই আমি কভু
স্বপ্নের এই মায়াজাল হতে রক্ষা কর হে প্রভু।
সপ্নে নয় বাস্তবে চাই, ঘুমে নয় জাগ্রিতে যেন পাই
আমি আমার সাধন সঙ্গীরে।

আপনার কবিতাগুলো প্রতিনিয়ত সুন্দর হচ্ছে। বিশেষ করে শব্দের সুবিন্যাসায়ন অনেক সুন্দর হয়েছে।
এই শব্দের সুবিন্যাসায়ন এটা কোন সাধারণ ব্যাপার নয়।
আমি লাইব্রেরি থেকে আপনার লেখা কবিতার বই সংগ্রহ চাই। দোয়া করি একটি ভাল বই প্রকাশের জন্য স্রষ্টা যেন আপনার সহায় হন।

আপু, আপনার এই কবিতাটি পড়ে আমি মুগ্ধ।
আমি কবিতা বুঝি না; রুপকার্থে (metaphorically) লিখা কবিতাগুলোর খুব কমই প্রকৃত ভাব উদ্ধার করতে পারি; যদিও নাকি রুপক কবিতার প্রকৃত ভাব উদ্ধার করতে যাওয়াটাও বোকামী! তবে আমার মনে হয়, কবিতা পাঠকের কবিতার ভাব উদ্ধার করার চেষ্টা করাটা একজন কবির কাছে সবচেয়ে প্রিয় বিষয়।
সে যাই হোক, আপনার কবিতাটির প্রথমের দিকটা রবীন্দ্র ধাচের মনে হয়েছে; যেহেতু অনেকগুলো রাবীন্দ্রিক শব্দাবলী ব্যবহার করেছেন। আর শেষের দিকে এসে কবি জসীম উদ্দিনের ছন্দময়তা পরীলক্ষিত। আর রাসেল ভাইয়ের সাথে আমিও একমত, কবিতাটি ভলো লাগার সবচেয়ে মূল বিষয়টি হচ্ছে, শব্দের সুবিন্যাসায়ন।

মিম আপু, আসসালামু আলাইকুম ওয়া রাহমাতুল্লাহি ওয়া বারাকাতুহু।

কবিতাটি খুব চমৎকার হয়েছে। আমি রাসেল ভাইয়ের সাথে সম্পূর্ণ একমত।

আপনার কবিতাটির শেষের প্যারাতে আপনার প্রত্যাশা ফুটে উঠেছে। আসলে এ প্রত্যাশাতো আলোকিত পথের সকল যাত্রীরই। দোয়া করি আপনার প্রত্যাশা পূরণ হোক আপনার জন্যে, সাথে সকল আলোকিত পথের যাত্রীদের জন্যেও।

শুভ কামনা সবার জন্যে সর্বোক্ষণ।

মারুফ ভাই আপনার মুগ্ধতা আমাকে মুগ্ধ করেছে। আপনার বিশ্লেষণ ধর্মী মন্ত্যবের জন্য অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ।
মমিনুল ভাই আপনার সুন্দর সুন্দর মন্তব্যের কথা আর কি বলবো। আপনার প্রার্থনা আর শুভকামনার জন্য অনেক ধন্যবাদ।

কেমন করে লিখেন এতো সুন্দর কাব্য ,
চেষ্টা করেও পারিনা কারণ আমি নব্য।
মনের মাধুরী দিয়ে করেছেন সৃষ্টি,
যদি দিয়ে দেখা যায় সুগভীর দৃষ্টি......।

মীম, আপনি সব সময়ই সুন্দর লেখেন । 'সাধন সঙ্গী' কবিতাও খুবই সুন্দর হয়েছে। আমি আগেও কোন এক লেখায় বলেছিলাম 'আপনার লেখায় সব সময়ই স্বকীয়তা বজায় থাকে।' এবারও তার ব্যাতিক্রম হয়নি।

সকলের আলোচনা ভালো লাগলো।
সবুজ ভাইকে বলছি-'নব্য কবির লেখাটাও চমৎকার হয়েছে।' নতুন কবিতা চাই আরো।
