The 340th Quantum Method Course

On February 17,18, 19 and 20, the 340th Quantum Method Course was held in the Engineers' Institute Auditorium in the port city of Chittagong. Like always, the participants came with a lot of doubts and questions, but left exalted with the joy of self discovery.

As always, the concluding ceremony was full of stories about regaining inner peace, health and confidence.

Fazilatunnesa, the first to share her story, said she had been suffering from asthma for 30 years."Being in an air-conditioned room was unimaginable," she said. "But I didn't have any problems sitting in this air-conditioned hall for the last four days."

Rakibuddin, a businessman, had been suffering from knee ache for 16 years. He sought treatment abroad, and even underwent a surgery in his hip joint in hope of relief. But instead of giving relief, the procedure just added to his pain. "But I have been feeling better since the first day of joining the course," he said.

"I have been trying to get up early in the morning for the last 12 years," said Md. Saifuddin. "But I never succeeded." But since the second day of the course, he has been able to get up exactly when he wanted.

Selim Jahangir, a Professor at Chittagong University, said he used to be mired in negativity. "When people asked how I was doing I would say ' I am surviving somehow,'" he said. "But now I have found the mantra for happiness," he added. "I repeat 'Live long, happy, strong. Grow young.' to myself all the time."

Farida Begum, an educator, had not been able to say her prayers with the correct postures for almost 10 years. Her ache also made her slouch when she walked. But since the third day of the course she has been able to say her prayers with the correct postures, and she can once again walk with her back straight.

Julfikar Matin, a businessman, went to the US to study when he was 18. The 4 years he spent there were full of restless discontentment. Although it has been years since he came back, this discontentment never left him - not until he participated in the 340th Quantum Method Course that is. "I came here looking for inner peace and stability," he said, " and I found it."

Dr. S. M Suhrawardy said that the tolerance and respect for every religion he found in Quantum impressed him very much. He said all his life, all he learned was how to be a doctor, how to treat physical diseases. But he never learned what to do if he ever stumbled in life, if he faced problems with relationships and so on. " But this course has taught me how to make my life meaningful and fulfilling,' he said.

These voices are the latest amongst the voices of the thousands of people whose lives have been transformed in the last 20 years. You too can transform your life by learning how to use your own inner power. Join the Quantum Method Course that starts in Dhaka this Friday the 24th.
