In a Quantum family, a man or a woman marries someone with similar values and ideals with the permission and blessings of their parents. Instead of expecting their spouse to understand them, they try to understand their spouse. They communicate directly with each other and never involve third parties in their marital disputes. They resolve the misunderstandings before one of them becomes bitter. They respect their in-laws as much as they respect their own parents and siblings. They bring out the best qualities in each other with unconditional love.

As parents, they welcome their child, whether it is planned or a surprise. They bring their children up with a balance of love and discipline. Instead of giving their children a lot of things, they give them their time and attention. Instead of trying to protect their child from every little discomfort, they encourage them to be self reliant from an early age.

The children of Quantum family treat their parents with love and respect. They try to help their parents in the household work. They know that their parent may be the greatest, but they are the latest. And as the latest, it is their responsibility to convince their parents when they disagree with them or refuse to give them what they want. In their old age, they take care of their parents as if they were their own children.
