An overly suspicious nature is an indication of mental imbalance. I will refrain from excessive suspicion.

Every human being is unique. I judge everyone by their unique characteristics.

Every day I will read something that will help me progress.

I will remember the lyrics and melody of the song perfectly. Whenever I sing or play an instrument, I will perform with natural skill and genuine emotion.

I love my children unconditionally. I am devoting ample time and attention to nourish their hearts and minds.

Whenever possible I will volunteer for social and charitable activities.

Quantum Members Donating Blood Worldwide

Today, Quantum Voluntary Blood Donation Program has spread beyond national boundaries. Quantum members around the world donate blood whenever they can, wherever they can. Members of the Quantum Meditation Society in London have donated many times to the National Health Service of UK.

The tradition started when in 2008, Majee Nahar El Bukheri, Director-General of Quantum Foundation, went on a visit to London. Majee's presence generated excitement and enthusiasm amongst the members of the Quantum Meditation Society in London, who decided to donate blood to commemorate the occasion.

On August 29, 2009, 30 members of the Quantum Meditation Society, London donated blood to the National Health Service under the society's banner. Marketing Executive of National Blood Society, UK Justin Teper and Blood Service Communication Officer Rebecca Khan was present on behalf of the National Health Service on the occasion. They discussed various aspects of blood donation with Majee and espressed their desire to raise Bangladesh's flag alongside 14 others on World Blood Donation Day (June 14) the following year.

They presented Majee with their muscot, Billy Blood Drop, recognizing the foundation's valuable contribution in blood donation.

Members of Quantum Foundation's Aberdeen Cell have also donated to the National Blood Service of UK on more than one occasion.
