Crushes, gossiping and bad company will destroy my chances of success in student life. I will devote my attention to my studies instead.

Sinusitis

Sit comfortably in your Healing Chair. Visualize your trusted doctor has  found a way to remove all the excess mucus that has been accumulating in the cavities inside your nose and skull. He is attaching a hose pipe to a water tap. Then he is inserting the pipe through your right nostril and turning the water on. Water is rushing to the cavities inside your skull through your nostrils. All the excess mucus collected in these cavities are being washed out. Visualize the mucus coming out through your left nostril.

Now reverse the process. Visualize the water entering throught the left nostril and the mucus coming out through the right nostril. Now that your sinuses have clearned up, you are feeling wonderfully light and relaxed. Take long, satisfying breaths with your chest expanded. There is a wonderful feeling between your eyes, in your head and forehead.

To speed up process of healing, gurgle with warm water every day. Visualize you are gurgling with warm water every morning and evening.
