Whenever I get the opportunity, I will read classic literature, inspiring biographies, or other books that will help me develop. I will never read anything harmful or confusing.

Whenever I get the chance I will drink coconut juice or lemon water.

A word spoken in wrath is the sharpest sword. The words I speak will always be pleasant.

Regular meditation will greatly improve the quality of my thoughts, decisions and expressions. I am meditating regularly.

In prayer we speak to God and in golden silence we listen to him. I will regularly observe golden silence.
