    Meditation is simple and easy. The best way to learn Quantum Method Meditation is to take part in the Quantum Method Course which is held in Dhaka and other major cities in Bangladesh on a regular basis. This is a 4 day course conducted in Bangla. If you are not ready to take part in the course yet, you can join the group meditation sessions in our open programs such as the Enlightenment Program (Alokaion) and Weekly Group Meditation (Sadakaion). You can also start practicing meditation at home. Just download the meditations from this website and start practicing. Start with Easy Relaxation.     No, it is not. Meditation is very easy. In our four day meditation course you will learn the basics of meditation. Then you only need to meditate twice everyday for 30 minutes. We have meditation tapes and CDs for your convenience. All you need to do is close your eyes and follow the guidance in the tape.
