Our two day compact Quantum Yoga Orientation is held in Quantum Centers across the country almost every month. Anyone is free to participate. Besides teaching common Yoga postures, the instructor will tell you which postures would be best for you, based on your unique requirements. The orientation will also provide information on nutrition and diet, and help you create a diet plan based on your needs, which may be recovering from a specific disease, losing weight or something else.

  • You are not going through a surgery for removing excess fat. So do not expect overnight change. If you continue to practice Yoga it will gradually restore your heath and bring your body back in shape.

  • Unlike most common forms of exercise, Quantum Yoga does not have any side effects. However, in order to derive its benefits, one needs to be commited to continue regular practice. So practice Quantum Yoga every day, even if only for 15 minutes.

  • Choose the right surroundings
  • Create a comfortable environment for your practice. Wear ordinary loose clothes.  Do not practice on surfaces that are too hard or too soft. Make sure there is plenty of air and light. If you need to use the toilet, do so before you start practicing. Do not practice with suppressed urine or bowel movement.
