Scenes that excite the nerves get imprinted on our mind and cause complications such as anxiety, insomnia, nightmares and heart attacks. I will consciously refrain from watching movies and TV serials containing horror, sex and violence.

Wisdom is the wellspring of my thoughts. All my thoughts and actions are guided by wisdom.

There is no such thing as the ideal physique. My body is unique. I will not make desperate efforts to attain an 'ideal' shape, size or weight.

Only fools grumble and complain. I am intelligent. I am using tact and intelligence to address the cause of the complaint.

Debt is like cancer. It silently destroys a person from within. I will always be free of debt.

ডা: আব্দুল মুকিত। ফেনী। আমার বাবা ২৫-১০-২০১২ তারিখে স্ট্রোক করে। ঢাকাতে ব্রেণ অপারেশন করানোর পরে ও এখন পর্যন্ত অজ্ঞান অবস্থায় আছে। বামপাশ অচল হয়ে গেছে। মাঝে মাঝে চোখ খুলে কিন্তু কারো কথা বা অনুভুতিতে সাড়া দেয় না। খাবার ও প্রসাব নলের মাধ্যমে করানো হচ্ছে। সার্বিক সুস্থতা ও কল্যাণের জন্যে দোয়া প্রার্থী।

ফাতেমা আক্তার। ফেনী। আমার স্বামীর সৌদি প্রবাসী। সরকার নতুন সুবিধা দেওয়ার কারনে এখন আগের কোম্পানী ছেড়ে নতুন কোন কোম্পানীতে কাজ নিতে চাচ্ছে। কিন্তু উনার আকামা না থাকার কারনে নতুন কোন কোম্পানীতে যেতে ও পারছে না। আবার নতুন আকামা করতে অনেক টাকার প্রয়োজন। যাতে সকল সম্ভাবনা সমাধান হয় তাই আমি সকলের কাছে দোয়া প্রার্থনা করছি।

গত ১১ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০১৩ আমার বা চোখে ছানি অপারেশন করে লেন্স লাগানো হয়েছে। কিন্তু এখনও চোখে ভালো দেখতে পারছি না। খুবই সামান্য উপকার হয়েছে। ডাঃ বলেছেন, রেটিনার সামনের একটা অংশে পানি/জেল শুকিয়ে গেছে। আরও একটা অপারেশন লাগতে পারে। চোখে সম্পূর্ণ স্পষ্ট যেন দেখতে পারি এজন্যে গুরুজী ও কোয়ান্টাম পরিবারের সদস্যদের দোয়া চাচ্ছি। মোহাম্মদ আলী, ৩৩৩/৩৫২
